Shandong Laigong, established in 1998, has been well known as a Chinese leading compact construction machinery manufacturer. The company has been engaged in research and manufacturing of construction machinery for more than 20 years, with a number of core patents in the field of construction machinery.
Laigong has obtained many technical honors, such as provincial and ministerial-level specialised and special new enterprises, innovative enterprises and provincial high-tech enterprises, and a series of national and international certificates including CE, ISO and EAC.
LGCM GLOBAL is the export brand of Shandong Laigong International Business Co., Ltd, the division that handles overseas distributors, export documentation and shipping.
Group and manufacturing
As an advanced group company, Shandong Laigong has five sales and manufacturing divisions, including Laigong International, and four main modern intelligent manufacturing workshops covering a total area of 300,000 square meters.
Quality control runs on an ISO 9001 framework with raw material batch management and worker skill records, so a finished machine can be traced back to the steel it was cut from.
Engineering
Our engineering team has produced 23 patented technologies. The gearbox patent saves 25% fuel, raises transmission efficiency by 20% and lowers working temperature by 10°C. Other patents cover loader lateral rollover warning and the front and rear articulation used on our rough terrain forklifts.
We have established an Intelligent Equipment Research Institute with Shandong University and other partners, and have jointly trained 42 technical staff at master’s level or above over the past three years.
Certification
The company holds CE, ISO and EAC certificates. EPA and EU Stage V compliant machines are built for the markets that require them and are listed as their own models in the machine catalogue, so you can order to the standard your customs authority asks for.

After sales
Warranty is one year or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first. Spare parts are shipped from the factory or from the nearest delivery centre, and each region is covered by a localised technical team backed by senior engineers at the factory.
