Who we are
This website is operated by Shandong Laigong International Business Co., Ltd, trading as LGCM GLOBAL, of 6th Floor, Building No. 5, Guojin Center, Shenzhen Road, Laoshan District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China. We manufacture and export compact construction machinery. What we collect
We collect what you type into the quotation request form. Nothing else is gathered about you as you browse.
- Your name
- Business email address
- Phone or WhatsApp number, if you give one
- Company name, if you give one
- Destination country
- The machine you are interested in and the quantity
- What you need from us, and your message
- The page you sent the enquiry from, recorded automatically so we can see which machine you were looking at
Only your name, email address, destination country and message are required. The rest is optional and simply helps us quote accurately the first time.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry: to prepare a quotation, confirm the specification and emission variant for your market, advise on attachments and shipping, and stay in contact about the order. We do not use it for anything else.
Where it goes
Your enquiry is stored in this website’s own database and emailed to our export sales team at marketing@laigong.com. The reply address on that email is the one you entered, so a reply reaches you directly.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not pass them to advertisers, data brokers or mailing list companies. Where a shipping agent, forwarder or bank needs your details to complete an order you have placed, we share only what that step requires.
What this site does not do
- No analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking scripts of any kind
- No fonts, scripts or images loaded from third party servers, so no third party sees your visit
- No comments, no forums and no user accounts, so there is nothing to register for
- No online payment, so no card details are ever entered here
- No automated profiling or decision making
Cookies
Loading a page on this site sets no cookies. A cookie may be set only where it is needed to do a job you asked for, such as keeping a form submission working correctly or letting the page cache serve you the right version. There are no advertising or tracking cookies to consent to or refuse.
Server logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which record the IP address, the time of the request, the page requested and the browser identification string. These are used for security and for diagnosing faults, and are not combined with your enquiry or used to build a profile of you.
Links away from this site
The WhatsApp and Facebook buttons are ordinary links: nothing is loaded from those services while you are on this site, and neither is contacted until you choose to click. Once you do, that service’s own privacy policy applies.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we are in contact with you about it, and afterwards in our commercial records for the period our accounting and export documentation obligations require. Ask us in writing and we will delete what we are not required to keep.
Your rights
Write to marketing@laigong.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to ask us to stop contacting you. We act on requests as soon as we can. If you are in a country that gives you specific rights over your personal data, tell us and we will handle your request under those rules.

If we change how we handle enquiry data we will update this page. The date below shows when it was last revised.
