Scope
These terms cover quotations, orders and sales made by Shandong Laigong International Business Co., Ltd trading as LGCM GLOBAL. Specific contract terms agreed in writing take precedence over this page.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation. Prices are quoted per Incoterms as agreed and exclude destination duties, taxes and clearance charges unless stated otherwise.
Specification changes
We develop our machines continuously. Specifications, dimensions and weights published on this website are for guidance and may change without notice. The specification that applies to your order is the one confirmed in the order documentation.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed per order. Production is scheduled after the agreed deposit or instrument is in place.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and depend on the production schedule and shipping availability.
Warranty
Warranty terms are stated in the order documentation and vary by machine, market and application. Warranty does not cover wear parts, damage from misuse, unauthorised modification or failure to follow the maintenance schedule.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the applicable law does not allow it to be limited.
Governing law
Unless the contract states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
