OEM and ODM
We manufacture under your own brand. Paint colours, decals, nameplates and manuals can be produced to your specification, and we work on ODM, OEM and exclusive brand agency terms. Send us your brand guidelines and the models you want to carry them.
Customisation
Machines can be adapted to the work they will do: bucket and fork options, tyre choice, cab or canopy, heating or air conditioning, auxiliary hydraulics for attachments, and counterweight or boom variants. Tell us the application and the site conditions and we will confirm what can be changed.
Delivery and local centres
We hold stock in local delivery centres in Europe (Germany, Poland and Sweden) and in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia), alongside factory inventory in Shandong. If the model you need is already in a nearby centre, delivery is faster and spare parts reach you sooner. Where it is available we can arrange door-to-door transport; otherwise we quote port delivery.
Spare parts
Wear parts and service parts are available for every machine we sell. Quote the model code and the serial number from the machine plate and we will identify the part. We recommend ordering a basic spare parts package with the machine, especially wear items. For distributors we can plan parts stock around the models you sell in your market.
Technical support
Distributors get fault analysis, maintenance guidance and parts matching from the factory engineering team. We start with remote diagnosis; where local service resources exist we can arrange parts, maintenance guidance or a local service solution on site.
Warranty
The standard warranty is one year or 2,000 working hours, whichever comes first. Within that period we provide technical support, troubleshooting guidance and spare parts support under the warranty policy. If you need a longer term it can be discussed against the model, the order quantity, the market and the type of cooperation.
Training and documentation
We provide operator and service documentation in English, and can run technical training for distributor service staff either at the factory or remotely.
Marketing material
Distributors and agents get the material needed to sell the machines: product photography including detail and application shots, specification sheets, PDF catalogues and product video. Tell us which models you are promoting and in which language and we will put the pack together.
